When will I hear back from you?

Inquiries will be responded to within 48 hours of submission. Be sure to follow Capturing Moments Photography on Instagram for updates and occasional exceptions.

Do you charge travel fees?

Fees depend on location and mileage from my origin location. San Antonio and Austin's surrounding areas that are drivable, but outside a 30 mile radius from my location, require a travel fee based on current federal guidelines. Further travel subject to current travel costs.

How do you edit your photos?

My editing reflects the style demonstrated in my portfolio, website, and social media accounts.

Will you Photoshop my images?

I will make small alterations such as removing temporary blemishes, flyaway hairs, or clothing imperfections. I do not make major changes to physical appearance.

Can I have the RAW files?

I do not give out RAW or unedited photos under any circumstances as they are not accurate representations of my work. You will receive JPEG/JPG files.

What is required to book?

Your contract must be signed and your retainer paid to book your photography services! I require a contract to protect both you and I. Our contact covers everything from services, deliverables, expectations, liability, and much more. The retainer covers my commitment to your scheduled date, the services rendered up until that point and is applied to the total cost of services.

What additional fees may we encounter?

STUDIO: If you're inquiring about a studio session, a studio rental fee will be required at the time of booking. Prices vary based on studio availability.

PHOTOGRAPHY PERMIT: Some specific locations require photography permits to conduct professional photography. Permit costs usually vary between $25-$300. Permits will be acquired by Capturing Moments Photography LLC.

PARKS: Some parks, including Texas State Parks, have daily entrance fees. Clients are responsible for all entrance fees when applicable.

How are your values integrated into your business?

I hold equality and respect on the highest of pedestals both in my personal life and within my business. I do NOT tolerate discrimination of any kind. As a LGBTQ+ owned business I am particularly aware of the discrimination faced by the LGBTQ+ community, especially within the wedding industry. As a result, I will not work with/at venues and vendors that I'm aware have exclusionary policies.
